Shirley Neal is an accomplished Emmy Award-winning TV & Film producer, author, and certified ghostwriter. She has developed, produced, and written television programming for CBS, NBC, Fox, BET, TVLand, The Travel Channel, A&E, TVOne, and The Africa Channel, as well as feature-length documentary films—most recently, Intore with filmmaker Eric Kabera that examines how Rwanda survived its tragic past by regaining its identity through music, dance, and the resilience of a new generation. A literary ghostwriter of more than a dozen titles, Shirley is currently authoring her AfroCentric Style: A Celebration of Blackness & Identity in Pop Culture, set for publication in August 2024 by HarperCollins Amistad.
